HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST FOR ORDERS PLACED ON HERBALCLEAN.COM

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation.

1. Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click "Submit request".

Within 5 business days you will receive a status of your refund via email instructing you on the next steps.

 

 IF YOU PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED RESELLER 

For orders from our authorized reseller partners, please print out and complete the attached PDF with the following information:

First and Last Name
Age (including year)
Full Address
Email Address (if you provide your email you will receive updates about the processing of your rebate)
Phone Number
Name and address of store you purchased item from
Item Name

You will be required to mail in the completed form, your proof of purchase (such as your original receipt), and the UPC barcode from the box or label of the Product to: Attn: Herbal Brands, HBR – 10000 PO Box 472 Scottsdale, AZ 85252. 

Once your form is received, you will receive email updates on the processing of your refund if you provided a valid email address. If you do not provide a valid email address, you can call into the toll free number and follow up on your refund request: 800-286-9146. Please note that refund requests must be submitted within 45 days of purchase. All refunds are based on MSRP and take 10-12 weeks to process once received. Only one refund per customer per year is allowed. We do not accept product returns.

You are responsible for costs incurred in mailing in the required Guarantee request information. Any refund that is granted will be based on the purchase price on the receipt and may take 8-10 weeks to process, once received. Consumer pays all taxes, and any taxes paid will not be refunded. Herbal Brands reserves the right to verify information, require a proof of purchase, or deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the customer has abused the Guarantee. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Herbal Brands, Inc. 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
