When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 12 pm PST on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm PST on weekdays will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

What is the delivery timeframe for orders shipped with FedEx Standard Overnight shipping service?
Orders placed before 12 pm PST Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next business day (excluding holidays). Orders placed between 12 pm PST Thursday and 12 pm PST Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 pm PST on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday (excluding holidays). Saturday delivery is not available for the Standard Overnight Shipping service.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Saturday delivery is only available with the FedEx 2Day shipping. It is not available for the FedEx Standard Overnight shipping.
Can I ship to a PO or APO box?
No, FedEx does not deliver to PO or APO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Is the FedEx Standard Overnight shipping fee refundable?
