How a same-day
detox works.
Pre-cleanse
1. Eliminate all lifestyle toxins from your daily routine as soon as possible and avoid them for as long as you want to stay cleansed.
Consider avoiding alcohol, caffeine, tobacco and more.
2. Drink water
to help keep your digestive system active and flushes toxins out, even before you start your detox.
3. Don’t eat too much.
An empty stomach may help vitamins and minerals pass through your digestive system more easily.
Get clean
1. Shake well
2. Drink entire contents of bottle at a comfortable yet consistent pace
3. Drink water as directed on packaging
Drink more water if needed. We recommend drinking enough water after your detox to urinate 3 or more times.

4. Wait 20 Minutes
5. Drink about 16—32 oz more water. If you have a larger body mass, drink 32 oz.
6. Keep drinking water until you urinate 3 times.

When a
same-day detox
works.
As you start taking one of our same-day detox cleanses, your body is already starting the detox process. We estimate it will take about 90 minutes to complete the process of drinking the product, drinking water and urinating 3 times or more.
Your body will be in the Herbal Clean Zone in a few hours, for a few hours after the process is complete.
